~embarrassing third update in a single day~~
found a few more bugs
+fixed phone/moriscope choice 
+fixed issue where if a player double hit "e" while pulling up moriscope, it could freeze the moriscope animation
+ added extra section to beginning message that specifies which key opens the menu. (its Q ! )
+double triple quadruple checked build - hopefully last update for a minute!
